What is backlog post :
After any Recruitment made by the government body some of the posts will be vacanct i.e not filled by the some of prescribed candidates belong to certain caste those must be filled by them only according to the 16th Article in the Indian Constitution. i.e that caste candidates only, if no person was eligible for that time, it will be placed as backlog posts.
