DIETCET 2013 web will start in this week, for filling of D.Ed seats in 144 D.Ed colleges for the academic year 2013-14. Government renewed 23 Govt and 117 Private college’s recognition.The DIETCET 2013 having a total 9050 seats available in 144 colleges in first phase.The details of colleges are available for the counseling is avail in dietcet.cgg.gov.in after notification.
Department of Primary Education is planning to start DIETCET counseling and admissions. The final DIETCET counseling dates and counseling procedures are likely to be announced. From this year only D.Ed candidates are eligible to SGT post in DSC due to the Supreme Court of India has recently ordered that only D.Ed qualified candidates eligible to the SGT posts. This has resulted in the increase of competition for D.Ed course in Andhra Pradesh.
