Minnie Mathew they had today held a review meeting with Special Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries of different departments to review the progress for notification of vacancies of Govt. jobs for the year 2012-13. Already some of the Recruitments are going on now it's time for this year, the Majority of the Different departments have already reported about 63,621 vacancies while some of the departments will submit their proposals in a couple of days. The Some of the departments and the number of vacancies reported by them so far (as on 27-04-2013) .
School Education - 20,790; AP Police - 10, 730; CCLA - 6, 095; Intermediate Education -4,898; Transco & Discoms - 3,208; Family Welfare - 2,234; AP Genco - 1,303; APVVP - 974; Medical Education - 963; Fire Services - 886; Ayush - 729; Collegiate Education - 685; Residential Education - 684; Forest - 600; Employment & Training - 577; Commercial Taxes - 573; Treasuries - 407; Prisons - 383; Excise - 364; Survey & Land Records - 342; Animal Husbandry - 290; Town Planning - 288; Technical Education - 286; Irrigation (AW) - 277; Agriculture - 236; Public Health - 225; Civil Supplies Corporation - 223; SAAP - 194; Special Protection Force - 185; Endowments - 180; Horticulture University - 167; APCO - 162; R&B - 135; Finance (Director of Insurance) - 113; G.A.D. - 104 and Finance-Works and Accounts - 103.
