APSCHE which was conducting the Higher Education notification for admission to engineering courses on July 30, the Telangana government which was the new state for conducting the states higher educations on behalf of TSCHE : Telangana State Council of Higher Education.
APSCHE notification has fixed August 7 to start the certificate verification process of candidates who have cracked EAMCET and to inspect all engineering colleges post bifurcation of the state and see if they have required infrastructure and faculty or not. There are about 440 colleges in Telangana, under JNTU, which include 290 engineering colleges in the new state. While Andhra Pradesh government wants to go ahead with EAMCET counselling process as planned earlier,

Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) will issue Telangana Eamcet Web Counselling 2014 Schedule for Certificate Verification soon. Telangana Eamcet Web Counselling 2014 is likely start from September first week. I think forming TSCHE for Telangana engineering admissions gives big relief Telangana students.
Telangana Eamcet Web Counselling Helpline Centers list will placed on Eamcet Web Counselling website along with counseling notification soon.

- Nativity or Residence Certificate issued by Telangana Government
- EAMCET 2015 Rank Card and Hall ticket
- SSC and Inter or Equivalent original certificates
- Study Certificate
- Income Certificate issued by Meeseva,
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
