The Government has decided to notify the post of Junior Assistant in the Directorate of Public Libraries, in the Commissionerate of Tribal Welfare and in the Directorate of TCR&TI, by indicating the category name as Junior Assistant – cum – Date Processing Assistant. The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission shall take appropriate steps for filling the above vacancies through direct recruitment by obtaining the details, such as zone/ district wise vacancy position, roster points and qualifications, etc., from the concerned authorities in the prescribed proforma. The A.P. Public Service Commission shall issue schedule for recruitment expeditiously and issue notification accordingly.

The Andhra Pradesh State Cabinet has approved a proposal for filling the 5,000 jobs in various departments in education, transport, information commission, ACB and several other departments. AMVI, teachers, RTOs and other vacancies are there in respective departments. including primary and technical education, electricity and finance. These vacancies would be recruit 2,825 additional teachers in residential schools located in scheduled areas under Rajiv Vidya Mission. Likewise, about 24 posts would be filled up on regular basis in Tenth Pay Revision Commission office apart from ten posts on contract system. Referring to the other posts, 392 posts in transport department including five deputy transport commissioners, 8 road transport officers, 50 motor vehicle inspectors 100 assistant motor vehicle inspectors and two assistant secretaries.

The government would fill up 1,105 posts in APGenco, 43 posts each teaching and non-teaching in Vikram Simhapuri University, 47 posts in Anti-Corruption Bureau, 38 teaching and eight non-teaching in Kakatiya University College of Engineering, 44 posts in three ESI dispensaries- Balanagar in Mahaboobnagar, Miryalaguda in Nalgonda district and Martur in Prakasam district, 28 posts in A P Property Tax Board.

The Cabinet has also sanctioned Post Graduate Centre and 31 posts to it apart filing up 18 teaching and nine non-teaching posts in Sathavahana University in Karimnagar. She said that the government has decided to open special women jails in the central jails of Warangal, Hyderabad and Rajahmundry and she added that sub-jails would set up at Mangalagiri, Ongole, Chittoor and Anantapur.

Briefly the calculation as :
1) 1105 posts in APGENCO for new power projects.
2) 2825 teachers posts in Aashram schools being established in Scheduled Areas under Rajiv Vidya Mission.
3) 392 posts are there in transport department. (DTC-5, RTO-8, Assistant Secretaries-2, Motor Vehicle Inspectors - 50 and Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors - 100).
4) 38 posts (personal secretaries - 5 and law officers - 5) are available in State Information Commission.
5) 47 posts in ACB (Joint Directors - 4, DSP-14, CI-20, Legal Assistants - 6)
6) 44 posts in ESI hospitals to be established in Martur (Prakasam district), Balanagar (Mahabubnagar) and Miryalaguda.
7) 24 permanent and 10 contract posts for 10th Pay Commission activities.

Exam Procedure :
The TNPSC Group-2 Exam will be conducted on three basis.

1. Preliminary Exam : Preliminary Exam will be Conducted on Objective Type for 300 Marks within 3 Hours, while for the 
2. Main Exam : Main Examination will be conducted of two Parts Part-A, Part-B the Part-A will be Objective Type of 250 Marks in 2 Hours, while the Part-B will be Essay(Descriptive Type of 50 Marks within 1 Hour.
3. Interview : Interview and Records for 40 Marks.

The Total of 340 Marks with in that Minimum Qualifying Marks for Selection was 102 Marks .

Fee Payment Mode : 
The Fee can be paid via two modes i.e Offline as well as Offline Mode

• Offline Mode : Paid at Indian Post Office or Indian Bank Branches.
• Online Mode : Paid by Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card .
